Rob Drechsler: Rob started driving nails on post frame buildings when he was 10 years old. Rob would go to work with me and drive nails , pick up trash, he would do whatever we were doing. Now Rob is our lead man and pretty much runs the labor. He has the same quality traits that I have with these Wick buildings. We like to put our stamp on it, and if it’s not right we don’t leave it ! That’s just the way we work, the whole crew !
